To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content

For premium features and subscriptions:

• All fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis

• You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or service failures
• Unused credits will remain valid for 12 months from purchase date
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days advance notice

If you use our API services:

• Usage is subject to rate limits and quotas
• API keys must be kept secure and not shared
• Excessive usage may result in throttling or suspension

The Gemini AI Photo service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gemini AI Photo and its licensors. Photos and content generated using our AI-powered tools may be used by you in accordance with our usage policies and terms of service.

You retain ownership of content you submit to our service. By using our service, you grant us a license to:

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
